Draft — these terms are not yet in effect.
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Hailey or the Haiven Health patient app. By signing in, you agree to them. Please read them, and ask your care team if anything is unclear.
In an emergency, call 911. Hailey and the patient app are not for emergencies. Messages may not be read right away.
What the service is
Haiven Health works with your clinic. Hailey helps you get ready for your care: reminders, how to prepare, and answers to common questions. Anything that needs a person goes to your care team.
Who can use it
Your clinic invites you. You sign in with the mobile number your clinic has on file. The service is only for you, or for someone you have asked to help you.
Hailey is not your doctor
- Hailey is an AI assistant. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor.
- Hailey can make mistakes. If something does not seem right, ask your care team.
- Always follow the instructions your doctor or clinic gives you. If they differ from something Hailey says, your clinic’s instructions come first.
Your part
- Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself.
- Tell your clinic if your mobile number changes.
- Do not use the service to harm others, or try to get into it in ways it was not built for.
Your information
Our Privacy Statement explains how we handle your information.
When the service is not available
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be down. If you cannot reach Hailey, call your clinic.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. Your clinic or we may end access, for example when your care is complete.
Legal terms
